Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Handy Cart. Please read below for full details on how we process and ship your order.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and handed to our shipping partner. Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.

Shipping destinations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery times

Delivery times begin from the date your order ships, not the date it was placed. Because some items are fulfilled through our supply partners, delivery windows can occasionally run toward the longer end of the estimate — we'd rather tell you that honestly upfront than promise something we can't consistently deliver.

Order tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery method. Any free shipping thresholds or promotions will be clearly shown at checkout.

Delays outside our control
Handy Cart is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is taking longer than the estimated window, contact us and we'll actively check on it for you.

Incorrect addresses
Please double check your delivery address before completing checkout. If you spot an error, email us immediately at handycartuk@gmail.com — once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Lost or missing orders
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbours and your local delivery depot first. If it's still missing after that, contact us within 7 days at handycartuk@gmail.com so we can investigate and make it right.
